Galli SousChef Sous Vide Roner per Cottura Sotto Vuoto a Temperatura Controllata
Il Roner Sous-Chef della linea Officine Galli-Food Technology è uno strumento di alta qualità, ma allo stesso tempo semplice ed intuitivo.
La scocca, così come la resistenza e l’albero del motore, sono in Acciaio Inox AISI 304. Il coperchio è in Alluminio anodizzato, mentre la ventola è in materiale PVC.
Dalla struttura compatta, è dotato di un morsetto posteriore che lo rende applicabile a qualsiasi tipo di vasca o pentola, con qualunque conformazione. Inoltre la struttura inferiore è pensata per consentire al circolatore di rimanere “in piedi” senza il supporto del morsetto. La pratica ed ergonomica maniglia posta superiormente permette una movimentazione sicura e agile dell’attrezzo.
L’elemento che differenzia il Roner Sous-Chef di Officine Galli da tutti gli altri cuocitori e circolatori ad immersione per la cottura a bassa temperatura, è il grosso schermo Touch Screen frontale, una vera novità su questi dispositivi.
La programmazione è semplice ed intuitiva, con la possibilità di salvare e rinominare numerosi cicli di cottura differenti.
Il Roner Sous-Chef è inoltre dotato di porta USB che consente di scaricare dati HACCP, in caso fosse necessario, e di importare/esportare ricette da un Roner Sous-Chef ad un altro.
