The Galli works directly with its specialized technicians, trained both internally and externally. The Company is certified UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 and follows specific procedures developed to ensure high quality standards.

The assistance also covers refrigeration units?

For assistance to refrigeration, conditioning and the climates, Galli Company is certified according to FGAS EC 303/2008 directive to operate on refrigerant gases in compliance with the European Directives. Engineers have developed specific experience both on single-stage that dual-stage, cascade refrigeration systems.

The service center Galli only assists their own instruments and equipment?

TheGalli service provides technical assistance not for originals Galli instruments only, but also for those of other Italian and foreign brands.

What to communicate to the service?

Type of instrument: eg oven, muffle, Bath, Incubator, scale, thermostat, … the instrument brand: as Galli, or other brand, … and the main problem.

Can I call the service for maintenance also?

As well as for repairs and failures, you can call our technical assistance for other needs such as calibrations, maintenance, IQ protocols, OQ protocols, revamping, modifications, upgrades, … and any other needs.

If repair is not possible?

In case it was not possible to proceed with a repair and you decide to purchase a new product, we are available to a very special offer.
