Characterized by its ease of use, performance and customization, the InnoScan 300 is the ideal tool for clinical as well as diagnostic applications. > User-friendly: Compact, equipped with one excitation wavelength and provided with easy and automated image acquisition software, MAPIX, the InnoScan 300 is the most user friendly and versatile scanner on the market. > Performance: The InnoScan 300 provides high quality images thanks to confocal PMT detection. It is also fast, being able to scan a whole slide in less than 4 minutes. > Customization: The InnoScan 300 is fully customizable from scanner design and branding to image analysis with the use of plug-ins to fit to your application. It is CE-IVD certification-ready, making it the perfect tool for your diagnostic test.

Applications: The InnoScan 300 is the ideal tool for fast and routine imaging:

>Single color-Protein microarrays >Single color-DNA microarrays for SNP detection >Low density microarrays In the following application fields: >Clinical research >Diagnostics >Industry applications: food industry, pharmaceutical industry

Technology:

The InnoScan 300 is a confocal scanner equipped with one excitation laser (user selected, 532 or 635nm) which is coupled with one extremely sensitive photomultiplier tube (PMT), allowing whole-slide image acquisition. The PMT has a linear gain over the range of 1 to 100% with a steps of 1%. The InnoScan 300 can be fully automated from start to finish, including image acquisition, image analysis, and the final results file thanks to the scanner’s total integration with Mapix. InnoScan scanners are industry renowned for their excellent photometric properties, particularly in terms of sensitivity and signal-to-noise ratio. Thanks to Extended Dynamic Range mode (XDR), InnoScan scanners have a dynamic range of over 106 and are thus capable of detecting the weakest signals while avoiding saturated spots.
