Organic Crops

The organic crops or microorganism colture is a laboratory technique which multiplies bacteria and other pathogens microorganisms for diagnostic or experimental purpose.

These surveys take place in laboratory climate rooms, in the laboratory incubators, in the laboratory thermostatic bathroom, in the laboratory refrigerated bathroom, in laboratory heater and in little laboratory ovens.

The microorganism colture is used to establish the type of organisms and/or the abundance of the examined samples. It is one of the most used technique in microbiology, and it’s used to determinate the cause of infectious diseases leaving the pathogen reproducing itself in a predetermined medium. In a more general sense the term culture is informally used to refer to a ‘selective growth’ of a specific type of microorganisms in laboratory.

In microbiology a culture is called ‘pure’ or ‘axenic’ when there is a population of cells or of multicellular organisms which develop in absence of other species.

One of the most common vehicle for microbiological cultures is the ‘agar’, a substance present in the seaweeds.

As an alternative to agar it is also widely used the Guar gum, which can be used for the isolation and replication of the thermophilic bacteria.

Organic Crops is a process by which some bio elements are grown under controlled conditions, generally outside their natural environment. Researchers promote growth of microbes as essential part of any microbiology investigation, others works with cells, plants and microorganisms. Precise Temperature control, gentle warming, Humidity, CO2, O2, and many other parameters together with
specific culture medium, essential nutrients (amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals) are growth factors that can give you the best results.
