Le stufe per alta temperatura Galli identificano forni con temperature massime fino a +800°C.

Le altre stufe Galli normalmente si fermano ad una temperatura massima di +200°C/+260°C/+300°C, mentre in questi modelli vengono proposte diverse versioni da +350°C max, +400°C max, +450°C max, +500°C max, +700°C max e +800°C max.

Queste Stufe o Forni per Alte Temperature vengono gestite delle Stufe Galli in tutta sicurezza, garantendone il controllo accurato e stabile nel tempo per un uso di laboratorio e per la produzione.

Si differenziano dai forni a muffola in quanto la camera è quasi sempre in speciale acciaio INOX, e tutti i modelli sono a Ventilazione Forzata.
